What an incredible afternoon in Baltimore! On June 25th, the Life on the Fifth Floor Book Signing Tour made a vibrant stop at the welcoming Kneads Bakeshop & Café, and it was nothing short of extraordinary.
Surrounded by creative energy and a community of purpose-driven individuals, we came together to celebrate midlife as a season of growth, clarity, and bold transformation. The atmosphere was filled with joy, connection, and inspiration as guests shared their stories and embraced this exciting chapter of life.
This event was especially meaningful as it became a true family collaboration. My niece, Shanay Clay, served as our gracious moderator; my son-in-law, Anthony Medley, beautifully captured the day as our photographer and videographer; my husband, Kim Waters, ensured everything sounded perfect as the audio engineer; and my daughters, Kimberly Waters and Kayla Waters-Medley, helped prepare and set up the space — turning the event into a beautiful labor of love.
A huge thank-you to Kneads Bakeshop & Café for hosting us, and a special shoutout to Kristen, the on-site event planner, for her warmth and seamless coordination.
It was a powerful reminder that this season of life holds so much light and we are here to embrace every moment of it, together.
